PS 6X ELA Curriculum - is developed by our own in-house educators, the ones that know your children the best. The curriculum uses NYS Common Core Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening standards to teach through a social justice lens. This means that that instructional materials are specially adapted to reflect and celebrate the uniqueness each student brings to our school community (inclusive of diverse races, ethnicities, cultures and preferences). Students are given the tools and learn the skills necessary to advocate and become agents of change.

Wilson Fundations - is a phonological/phonemic awareness, phonics and spelling program.  Fundations is based upon the Wilson Reading System® principles and serves as a prevention program to help reduce reading and spelling failure.
